About Us

Welcome to Transgressive Producers!

We represent some amazingly talented and eclectic producers/engineers/mixers and writers. They all have a common thread connecting them – apart from being hugely personable - they choose projects from a musical perspective and look for something original that excites and connects with them. With this in mind we practice proactive management, hunting out fresh musical talent whilst actively seeking to match producer to project.

Our producers have talents and skills in different areas using a wide variety of production styles and each having their own way of inspiring artists. We are always looking for new and interesting projects to develop and to help artists reach their creative potential.

James Rutledge wins 'Remixer Of The Year' award!!!

The extremely talented producer/remixer and artist Mr James Rutledge has been presented with the 'Remixer Of The Year' award at the MPG awards ceremony!! The remixes that generated the nomination were: Fever Ray 'Triangle Walks', Everything Everything 'My Kz, Yr Bf' and Ellie Goulding's 'Guns & Horses'. Huge congratulations James!

More exciting releases to start the year off! The new Mogwai album 'Hardcore Will Never Die, But You Will' was produced and mixed by Paul Savage and is due for release on Feb 14th.
